The facilities include a swimming pool that looks inviting and is ideal for families to unwind. The setting boasts a lovely beach across the road, perfect for a stroll or enjoying the sea view, especially from rooms designed for that very purpose.
The cleanliness of the establishment needs serious attention. dust bunnies on the trouser press and stained carpets were hard to overlook. The absence of a lift made it difficult with mobility issues, especially with no warning about loud music from nearby functions that could disrupt sleep. Breakfast service was painfully slow, leading to frustration as guests waited long past their hunger stage. Prices for basic items felt a bit steep, making it hard to justify some costs during the stay. while the location and amenities have potential, there are considerable areas in need of improvement.

The Bay provided an excellent environment for my business needs. The staff were particularly accommodating, assisting efficiently with my presentation setup and offering great options for meals. The Executive Suite Sea View was spacious and provided a pleasant view that helped during breaks. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes.
The fitness center could benefit from additional equipment and the snooker room lacked sufficient cues.

The Executive Family Suite provided stunning views and a comfortable mezzanine, perfect for our family stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, though the restaurant appeared a bit dated. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, facilitating a late check-in and preparing a packed breakfast for our early start. restaurant staff seemed a bit unhappy, and the limited menu during a function was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 31 Julstunning sea viewsleisure facilitiesfamily-friendly poolcomfort issues
Stunning sea views can be enjoyed from various rooms, enhancing the overall experience. The on-site leisure facilities, including a pool that accommodates families, provide a fun atmosphere, especially for those traveling with children.
Unfortunately, the Premier Deluxe Room fell short of expectations. the bed felt uncomfortable, and the leather headboard showed wear. The bright green emergency exit light positioned poorly on the ceiling resulted in disrupted sleep, creating an unpleasant experience that might not sit well with everyone. While the breakfast offered was serviceable, it lacked variety and quality—no options for specialty coffee felt like a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber. Plus, the shared patio situation led to a lack of privacy, which could be bothersome depending on your idea of personal space.
